At 46, Michelle Chmelar was able to retire, but not ready to retire. Setting a goal of obtaining her degree in a field that marries the high growth fields of healthcare and technology, Chmelar achieved her Associate of Applied Science degree in Health Information Technology in stellar fashion maintaining a 4.0 GPA in Blinn’s online program and completed her clinical requirement at Brenham’s Baylor Scott & White Medical Center.
